About Us:Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity. Our Mobile Homecare service in Helensburgh supports people recently discharged from hospital to regain their independence. We work closely with the NHS and local authority to prevent re-admission through tailored, short-term support in people’s homes.
The Role:As a Support Practitioner (Mobile Homecare), you will be working in pairs supporting people with their daily routine. This will include meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care as well as other aspects of their daily life.
