Residential Support Worker
This role can be full-time or part-time, offering a salary up to £13 per hour and benefits.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be supporting young residents with daily living, helping them build confidence and independence in a safe setting.
They are looking for multiple candidates.
You will be responsible for:
Providing day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young peoplePromoting a safe, nurturing, and homely environment
Contributing to care planning and recording accurate documentation
Supporting educational and recreational activities
Maintaining cleanliness and household routines, including meal preparation
Acting as a positive role model and supporting individual development
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Childcare Worker, Care worker or in a similar role.Experience supporting children or young people, from ages 8-18.
1 year experience in children's home is preferred.
Must be aged 21 or over due to regulatory requirements
Enhanced DBS and compliance checks required
Willing to commute
Hours available:
Full-time: up to 160 hours per monthPart-time: 31 hours per week
