Head of Finance, Accounting and Reporting

You will lead on the continuous improvement of finance systems and ensure Finance policies and procedures are fit for purpose and evolve as needed.

• Overseeing the accounting department, including financial accounting, cost accounting, and managerial accounting
• Owning the Finance Process function, ensuring seamless integration with the Technology team and process documentation and training is up to date
• Working with the Financial Controller to develop and update financial policies to align with industry best practices
• Taking responsibility for communicating financial information to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Managing external audits and ensuring audit findings are actioned

• A comprehensive understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (such as GAAP or IFRS), and compliance requirements, as well as the ability to identify and manage financial risk
• Proven experience in leading, motivating and managing Finance teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
