Our warehouses never stop running; 24 hours a day, you’ll play an essential part in keeping us moving. You’ll be crunching the numbers and handling the constant flow of incoming and outgoing orders with speed and accuracy, co-operating with colleagues across the distribution centre.
As a Non-Food Transport Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing transfers to our network of Distribution Centres, ensuring service levels are maintained and being a focal contact point for the haulier network. You’ll also work closely with the management team, sharing your insights to develop and implement schedules and procedures to make sure all challenges are processed efficiently.

What you'll do- Oversee the creation of Non Food transfer schedules to all RDCs
- Ensure timely and accurate communications to relevant admin teams
- Proactively plan the daily outbound transfers liaising with key stakeholders in Material Flow System, Operations and hauliers
- Maintain databases of stock movements nationwide
- Responsibility for dealing with transfer claims and queries
- Creating tasks for pallet adjustments to ensure correct product quantities are dispatched
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports working with the management team towards achieving department’s KPIs
- Engage in the training of new colleagues
- Keep everything clean and safe
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment
- Familiarity with Warehouse systems (EWM/SAP) is highly desirable
- Previous exposure to a Transport function would be beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and solve problems
- Self-motivation, a can-do attitude and a sense of pride in a job well done
