Finance Administrator - Income
Tonbridge School is one of the leading boys' boarding schools in the country and highly respected internationally and employs over 800 staff. The School’s facilities are on an extensive campus close to the centre of Tonbridge and include many important historic and impressive buildings, 11 of which are Grade II listed, including significant academic buildings, 7 boarding houses and 5 day houses.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Finance Administrator - Income to join the School’s Finance Team. Reporting to the Management Accountant, the Finance Administrator - Income will provide a complete billing and reporting function for non-fee income across the Tonbridge School Group comprising Tonbridge School (Tonbridge), The New Beacon (Sevenoaks), a trading subsidiary, Tonbridge Services Limited, and a fundraising charitable trust, The Tonbridge School Foundation, as well as a number of other related charities and funds.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an outward facing financial processing role, with strong attention to detail and accuracy and a commitment to excellence. In addition, they will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with a wide range of people in a professional and friendly matter.
This is a full-time, all-year-round position.
