- Manage & grow our social media presence – Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Capture and showcase school life – Take photographs, create videos, and design graphics to highlight key events, student achievements, and school initiatives.
- Design, coordinate, and refresh school displays – Ensure that our physical and digital displays are engaging, up-to-date, and reflective of the school’s dynamic environment, incorporating student work and achievements.
- Track and analyse digital engagement – Use analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and optimise future content.
- Work with leadership & marketing teams – Ensure messaging aligns with our school’s vision, ethos, and recruitment strategy.
- Manage the school website – Keep content up to date, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and school standards.
- Support events & campaigns – Promote open days, parent engagement events, and school projects through digital marketing.
- Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy individual who is:
✔ Passionate about digital storytelling and social media strategy.
✔ Experienced in managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
✔ Skilled in using design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or InDesign.
✔ Knowledgeable in video production, photography, and content editing. ✔ Able to work independently and prioritise multiple projects.
✔ A strong communicator who enjoys working with young people and staff.
✔ Experienced in website management (Google Suite/ WordPress or similar platforms) (desirable but not essential).
