Salary: £28,595 per annum with an increase on completion of 6 month probation.Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

To support our Bodyshop we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has Customer service skills, excellent computer literacyskills and a Full UK Driving Licence.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we wantyou to be a part of it!
The role will include, but is not limited to the following:
- Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughout
- Administrative duties, including liaising with customers and updating them
- Logistical planning and transport planning
- Occasional driving to collect/drop off vehicles
- Full Driving Licence
- Excellent computer literacy
- Customer service skills
- Experience of logistics (not essential)
