Salary: £90 - £95 Per day
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting experienced office staff to work in primary and secondary school offices as administrators.
Job Duties:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks in the school office
- Using Arbour system for data entry and record-keeping
- Handling phone calls, both making and receiving, in a professional manner
- Organising and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding and implementing safeguarding policies for children in education
Required Qualifications:
- Previous office administration experience
- Familiarity with Arbour software
- Confidence in telephone communication
Education:
A minimum of GCSE qualifications, including English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience in an office environment, preferably within the education sector
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy office setting
Working Conditions:
- Temporary role based in school offices
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Fast-paced environment with varying tasks
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
