Aunt Fannys farm shop cafe Bournemouth
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the team in our very busy farm shop cafe.
The ideal candidate would understand the needs of a busy kitchen and be able to work under pressure.
The menu includes seasonal specials and features high quality, and simple dishes using locally sourced ingredients so you must have sound knowledge and experience of using fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch. We bake almost everything fresh on site so an interest in cake making would be beneficial but not a necessity.

You will be reporting to the head chef and work alongside him in all aspects of the kitchen including stock rotation, keeping track with suppliers, health and safety records and conforming with our own legal requirements.
This role offers a great work life balance with straight daytime shifts, apart from Friday evenings during the summer when we do our wood fired pizza evenings. We are open all weekends and bank holidays. Benefits include 28 days holiday and yearly bonus scheme.
We close Christmas eve evening and reopen the first Monday after New Year’s Day.
