We are currently seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics operations team. This role is integral to the smooth running of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate handling of goods and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Day to Day of the role:

• Accurately pick, unload, receipt, replenish, and assemble orders within the warehouse.
• Conduct dispatch and loading of goods efficiently.
• Maintain correct stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Ensure the warehouse environment is safe, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report any operational issues to the warehouse manager or, in their absence, to the Managing Director.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operations of the warehouse.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break)
• Total of 42.5 hours per week

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
• Ability to work proactively and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lifting as required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
• FLT Licence
