Within this Insolvency Solicitor role, your day-to-day duties may include:
Advising office holders, directors and third parties on non-contentious restructuring and insolvency litigation mattersHandling your own varied and complex caseload
Assisting Partners and senior Solicitors with distressed transactions and litigation
Building and maintaining a loyal client base
Business Development Initiatives
Training and developing more junior members of the team when necessary
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Insolvency Solicitor who is looking to really establish themselves for the long-term with a respected team.The successful candidate will ideally have 0-3 years PQE, is able to work well as part of a team, has excellent client care skills and is confident in their own ability.
