Position Details:

  • Contract Type: Permanent Part Time
  • Salary: £12.00/hr (up to 14.40/hr OTE)
  • Mileage: 34p per mile
  • Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 3 days a week you can choose (one must be Wednesday or Thursday)
  • Driving over your own territory: Bristol, Gloucester, Bath, Taunton, and surrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong In-Store relations: use your effective communication skills to develop rapport with key decision makers in Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, B&M, and Smyths, supporting them to bring the LEGO brand awareness to life
  • Use your retail knowledge to maximise brand awareness on store visits by implementing the product with various actions in each store: use of SKU /Book stock error checks, FSDUs, Shippers & general support to make your territory the best
  • Leverage Data and Drive Success: Use sales data provided on your device to drive sales growth by securing additional displays, ensuring promotions are executed flawlessly, increasing product visibility and availability, and maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Maximize Efficiency in Store Visits: ensuring all essential tasks are completed with excellence to maximize our impact at each location

Requirements:

  • A full driving license and your own reliable vehicle
  • Retail experience is preferred but not essential
