Their friendly team of 14 is split between Fire Design and Site Inspection, offering an excellent opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor to develop their expertise across multiple sectors.The Fire Risk Assessors RoleThe Fire Risk Assessor will conduct fire risk assessments, evaluate fire safety measures, and provide expert consultancy advice.
They will work across both new and existing buildings, ensuring compliance with current fire regulations. Conducting Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) across residential, commercial, healthcare, and local authority propertiesProducing detailed Fire Risk Reports, with clear recommendations for fire safety improvementsAdvising clients on fire risk management strategiesAssessing fire compartmentation, fire doors, and escape routesEvaluating external facades in line with post-Grenfell regulationsCollaborating with fire engineers and design teams to deliver comprehensive fire safety solutionsThe Successful Fire Risk Assessor Will HaveQualifications:A recognised fire safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Fire, IFSM, IFE membership)Skills and other:Experience conducting FRAs across multiple sectorsStrong report writing and communication skillsAn understanding of construction methods and fire protection measuresThe ability to provide clear fire safety advice to clientsIn Return?
