Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Bexhill, East Sussex (Hybrid Working Available)

An established and highly regarded law firm in East Sussex is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its friendly and successful Private Client team in Bexhill.

This is an excellent opportunity for a private client professional seeking high‑quality work, a supportive working environment and the flexibility of hybrid working.

The Role:

You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, managing your own caseload with appropriate support. Typical work will include:

• Drafting Wills and advising on succession planning
• Estate administration and probate, including elderly client matters
• Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Providing clear, compassionate advice to private and elderly clients
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience handling a range of Private Client / Probate matters
• Strong Will drafting and estate administration experience
• Confident advising elderly or vulnerable clients
• Excellent communication, organisation and client‑care skills
