Starting Salary: Grade 6 (SCP 15-18): £29,093 - £31,586

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join our busy Site Team. Reporting directly to the Site and Facilities Manager; the successful applicant will be required to work independently and as part of the wider Site Team to a very high standard, deputising for the Site & Facilities Manager, providing a general maintenance service which supports the upkeep and professional management of our large premises.The Assistant Site & Facilities Manager will also be expected to support the delivery of scheduled improvement works and health and safety initiatives.
Previous experience of general maintenance, working with tools and/or working at height in a commercial setting would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be expected to support the delivery of the Academy’s Strategic Plan and adhere to our values.A level of accountability, autonomy and self-motivation is required for this role. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
