NQ Private Client Solicitor– This is the perfect opportunity for an NQ Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with a fantastic team. The firm have a great reputation and are a leading regional practice in the Southeast market, with offices in Kent, Surrey and London.They have asked us to find them a further member to join their Surrey offices.
About the Role
You will be supporting the team, consisting of two senior figures and a paralegal, managing your own busy caseload of, drafting wills, setting up and administering trusts, undertaking related tax planning, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and estate administration.You will be able to confident in your knowledge and open to learning and developing.
Candidate Requirements
You will need to be between NQ-2 years PQE with, a solid background in all aspects of private client work, excellent IT skills, be able to demonstrate high standards of client care and ideally be working toward STEP.
