We areseekinga highly skilled and experienced Quality Improvement Nurse Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience and safety within Division D. You willbe responsible forimplementing safety protocols, improving patient experience, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.

You will work collaboratively with Divisional Quality Governance Team to oversee all aspects of quality governance, within Division D. You will be a fundamental part of the Quality Governance Team for the Division, ensuring that services meet the required level of quality assurance standards within the Trust.

Providing clinical leadershipand professional support to all nursing and wider team of staff.

Ensuring high quality, safe patient care is delivered by an appropriately skilled and educated workforce, through effective leadership by setting standards and performance monitoring of those standards.

Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure a high standard of quality care delivery including -safety,effectivenessand patient experience, learning from feedback and patient and public involvement strategies.
