They have a large office in central Leeds and the client is known for its high staff retention and being a great place to work. The firms Real Estate team operates on a national basis who advise clients across the public and private sector.
Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of responsibilities including;- Managing a diverse caseload of investment, development and L & T work
- Advising clients across a range of sectors including corporate clients and public sector clients
- Supporting the Partners in leading on transactions
- Providing support to junior team members
- Taking an active role in marketing
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
- Likely to be around 4-8 years PQE
- Strong academics and already be working for a regional, national or international law firm
- Excellent knowledge of commercial property law.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- The ability to manage a varied client portfolio.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A competitive salary in the range of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum.
