What a Technical Sales Engineer will be doing :
Developing an in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge products to handle technical and sales enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.Preparing detailed quotations and troubleshooting technical issues.
Managing sales order processing while delivering exceptional customer service.
Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
Liaising across departments to ensure smooth delivery and timely solutions.
Attending global trade shows to represent the company and showcase products.
Perks and Benefits: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm, Friday 7:30am-3:30pm – enjoy your weekends!23 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 5 years.

What you will need to be successful: Engineering background with a keen interest in moving into sales and administration.
Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.Excellent organisational abilities with the ability to juggle technical and sales responsibilities.
Bonus points for experience with technical drawing and a knack for business-to-business sales.
IT skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.A customer-first attitude and a genuine interest in problem-solving.
