Senior Quantity Surveyor - Change
Key Responsibilities
&bull Main Contract management
&bull Commercial reporting associated with change management
&bull Assessment of change impacts against the program focusing on Core Change and the consolidating of Area Change
&bull Establish and manage entitlement
&bull Measurement and quote development
&bull Development management and reporting of project metrics
&bull Assisting the Area and Enabling Functions Commercial Managers with the Implementation of the commercial procedures and reporting to ensure compliance with company and contract requirements
&bull Ensure appropriate commercial records are maintained in line with the contract requirements and oversee any contractual issues to support X20
&bull Manage and lead relevant Risk Reduction meetings
&bull Manage and lead OMC Change Management meetings
&bull Investigate and draft contract communications including General notices
&bull Provide contractual and commercial risk advice to the commercial team
&bull Understand the Client and Joint Venture Partners Environment and Sustainability Policies Processes and statutory requirements as they affect the company s operations and ensure that the requirements as applicable within their discipline are implemented on the project
Required qualifications
&bull Degree qualified or equivalent ideally in construction commercial management
&bull Must have experience in working complex building civils works or MEP Works
&bull Must have excellent NEC experience
&bull Have experience in managing others and working in large teams
&bull Excellent organizational and leadership skills
&bull Must have both claims and dispute resolution working experience
&bull Must have a good experience of UK law
&bull Must have a good working knowledge of the NEC
&bull Must have both good presentation and excel skills
&bull RICS qualified or equivalent or working towards
