Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including scheduling and preparing agendas.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is updated regularly.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Respond to queries and provide information to staff and external stakeholders.
Implement and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency.

Support project management efforts, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or business support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.71
