Working closely with the Curriculum Director and Curriculum Manager for Business, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging Business education to our diverse and ambitious student body. You will help shape a curriculum that equips learners with valuable, real-world skills and knowledge to support their future success.
We are looking for someone to join our team who is committed to excellence in teaching and learning, eager to drive innovation, and enthusiastic about contributing to the continued development of our Business Division. You will play a vital role in tracking learner progress to ensure every student thrives.
Working with the Curriculum Director and Curriculum Manager for Business to ensure that the Business provision at Halesowen College is outstanding, you will work to create an area of excellence, focusing on the quality of the curriculum and the skills that learners obtain on their journey, providing high class teaching in Business to diverse groups of learners.
The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the department’s development, make significant contribution to the delivery of Business courses, and ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of learners.
