We’re hiring for a Night Support Worker in St Columb Major

Become part of our great team providing support to a gentleman with a learning disability living in his own home. As a night support worker you will play a vital role in providing support centred around an his values, preferences and needs at night.

Occasional daytime working, for example to attend training courses and meetings.

Your responsibilities:

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
  • To develop daily living skills.
  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
