Warrington - Teaching Assistant
Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a primary school based in Cheshire. The school is in a great location, with excellent transport links. They are currently looking for a dedicated, passionate and proactive full-time Teaching Assistant to join the school community and help support the delivery of high-quality education.

- Full-time opportunities starting in September
- Opportunity to earn £85-£110 (depending on experience)
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and ensuring the schools behaviour policies are followed
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of teaching materials and resources
- Supervising children during break times and other school activities
- Assisting the class teacher in monitoring student progress during assessment processes
- Working 1-1 with students who require additional support with reading and maths
- Maintaining effective communication with staff, parents and other professionals
What we are looking for:
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential for this role
- Experience working within a school is essential for this role
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive, patient and caring attitude towards children
- Safeguarding Training (must be done through Teaching Personnel)
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.
