Locations: Lytham, Kendal and Clitheroe

This market-leading firm in the North West is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team and handle a variety of Fee Earning Residential Property matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a busy caseload of various property transactions whilst developing client relationships within the residential team
• Acknowledge and progress client enquiries and communications whilst meeting their expectations
• Supporting team members, other solicitors and other service line teams
• Contribute to the team's objectives and promote the firm's values within your work
• Support the firm with business development activities

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 year's PQE experience in Residential Property/Conveyancing
