Field Service Technician

Job Overview

Culligan UK Limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers primarily in the Bristol area, ensuring their water treatment systems function optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Conduct installation and troubleshooting of equipment on clients' sites.
• Manage service schedules effectively to minimize customer downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits and report any issues or recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
