We are looking for a proactive and creative-minded Creative Manager to join our team for the busy Christmas season. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy crafting a variety of handmade products using our proven recipes, this role is for you.
You will be responsible for maintaining product stock, preparing wholesale orders, and supporting the development of new product lines. Additionally, you will lead creative workshops for up to 20 participants. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, but a passion for crafts and a desire to uplift others is essential.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
You will be responsible for maintaining product stock, preparing wholesale orders, and supporting the development of new product lines. Additionally, you will lead creative workshops for up to 20 participants. An interest in crystals and Reiki is a plus. Previous experience in workshop facilitation is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing stock management and product creation, including candle pouring, product labeling, and bottling soaps and oils.
- Handling and preparing wholesale orders.
- Collaborating with the team on product development and launches.
- Leading creative workshops for groups of up to 20 people.
- Optional participation in local craft and seasonal fairs, if interested.
- Assisting with outreach to potential stockists to help grow the business.
- Providing occasional shop coverage when required.
Skills and Experience:
- A natural creativity with the ability to work across various craft-related tasks.
- Some experience leading workshops or training small groups is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain stock levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, making customers feel comfortable and welcome.
- Attention to detail with a passion for crafting high-quality products.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully.
- Retail experience is a bonus but not essential.
