Tactical Cell Assistant | East of England Ambulance Service Trust
The post holder will be working as part of a team focused on supporting the Strategic, Tactical and Operational needs of the team.
Working on a full rotating shift basis the post holder will be responsible
for assisting the team in optimising capacity, response, in day issues, escalation and resolution of matters and collating data and formulating reports for the duty tactical commander and people and vehicle support hub manager- Assist the People and Vehicle Support Manager and the tactical
commander in the smooth running of the Tactical Cell, undertaking
tasks where necessary to facilitate achieving optimal Resource coveracross the area.
- Undertake tasks and actions as directed by the Tactical Commander
- To support meetings and conference calls through minute taking and
trust managers and external stakeholders.
- Receive information and communication from a wide variety of senior
- Coordinate effective handover at shift change times with a particular
- Support the team as required in the event of any significant or major
- To maintain, utilise and update any of the databases used for the purposes of the Tactical Cell and develop and maintain electronic databases for audit and monitoring. Participate in ongoing service quality review.
