Sword Network, Cloud and Cyber Security are an award-winning systems integrator & managed service provider with a state-of-the-art Network Operations Centre in Bellshill, just outside Glasgow.

Our services are supported by our secure and dedicated Network Operations Centre facility. A custom-designed secure space; with a best-in-class customer network, monitoring and alerting display; operated by our security cleared engineering team.

Here’s what the role looks like:

  • This is a temporary role to cover for maternity leave - initially for 6 months
  • Responsible for the Sales Admin mailboxes, Sales Admin, Renewals, Accounts, Orders, Licensing, Sales, Bookings
  • Maintaining streamlined business admin processes
  • Produce all quote requests in a timely manner 48hr SLA
  • Process all Orders in a timely manner 48hr SLA
  • Keep all invoicing and Accounts related queries up to date
  • Renewals should be completed 2 months in advance
  • All relevant spreadsheets should be updated as and when required for each stage of the SA process
  • All bookings emails to be dealt with and bill back expenses to customers as and when required
  • Keeping an eye on the sales mailbox and forwarding any important emails onto the relevant members of staff
  • Ensuring all licensing queries are up to date and dealt with in a timely manner
  • Working closely with the Sales and Business admin Team Leader in the event of any escalated concerns / queries
  • Fostering a continuous improvement culture and regularly assessing and implementing initiatives to improve the SA function as a whole
  • Be a team player and on hand to assist the full Sales & Business Admin Team / NOC should the need arise
  • Assisting with staff training as and when required
