Grounds Maintenance Tractor Driver / Operator - Cannock
Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Grounds Maintenance Tractor Driver / Operator to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Staffordshire area.
As a Grounds Maintenance Tractor Driver / Operator, you will be required to work on recently won school contracts in Staffordshire.
Experience of using medium size 100hp plus Tractors with Gang Mowing equipment is required.
Side Arm Flail Hedge cutting experience is desirable however this is not essential.
This position is based in Staffordshire (Or Parkhall Stoke) but the work is spread across the North Staffs/ South Cheshire region.
Applicants must have relevant experience of using agricultural Tractors especially on highways.
With an ability to pass an enhanced level DBS check or having passed one which is no longer than 2 years old.
The ideal individual would have a current clean Driving License with hopefully C1 and/or C1E entitlement preferable but not essential.
Work program will be using Tractor mounted equipment during the summer time , cutting sports fields ect.
Supporting Operations Teams when not on Tractor so experience in general GM Skills advantageous.
Side Arm Flail Hedge cutting to a high standard during the late summer/autumn.

- Strimmers
- Hedgecutter
- Hand Mowing
- Hedge & Shrub maintenance
- Safe working practices and recognition of risk management
Salary will be negotiable based on relevant proven experience.
