Job Title: IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and supporting our company's infrastructure and networking systems, which include Cisco, VMWare, Citrix, Windows, Firewalls and maintaining Company’s IT inventory.

• Manage and maintain our Microsoft, Citrix, and Cloud technologies infrastructure.
• Handle the administration of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Enterprise.
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix technologies within the business, which includes Windows, Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp Administration.
• Design, implement, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage firewall technologies to ensure security of data and network access.
• Implement and maintain Active Directory systems to manage networked resources.
• Utilize Backup Technologies to safeguard important data from loss or corruption.
• Provide technical support of key Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Provides technical information, prioritizes and determines appropriate action routing requests from all levels of employees.
• Provides general hardware and software support for users, provides user training, and guides users having difficulty with personal computers, peripherals, or software.
• Performs routine diagnosis on failed equipment and software.
• Coordinates repairs, Identifies and reports network issues.
• Conduct regular system audits and updates to maintain IT security.
• Support the configuration management process through the development, maintenance, and governance of configuration items.
• Collaborate with the IT team to assess and implement new technologies as required.
• Provide training and technical support to staff on system functionalities and updates.

• Experience in configuring and managing Virtualization Servers such as VMware and Citrix
• Experience with Citrix / VMWare and Windows Administration
• Experience with Citrix DAAS, Citrix Storefront, Azure and VMware / Hyper-V
• Experience with Citrix technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps, Citrix Virtual Desktops, and Citrix Client (NetScaler).
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Microsoft Servicer
• Experience in managing Cisco Routers and other Cisco Technologies
• Experience in managing deployments and experience with defining, implementing, and leveraging process (change, incident, problem) management functions.
• Experience with Cloud Services within AWS, Azure and GCP.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of ITSM/ITL process and ServiceNow.
• Possess a good understanding of ITIL process framework.
• Good understanding of staff responsibilities, abilities and development needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
