Assistant Quantity Surveyor

You should have several years experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Building Contractor, preferably dealing with cladding and facades.

You will be educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying and idealy have membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS.

In addition to being a commercial thinker who is flexible and pragmatic, essential skills to have include;
  • Good competency in using Microsoft Office software and an aptitude to learning to work with other bespoke systems.
  • Commercial awareness across all business operations coupled with financial acumen,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Ability to plan and prioritise activities and close out in a timely manner,
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent high quality work within acceptable timescales.
  • Full UK driving licence
