Head of Risk and Compliance - Retail Bank Our Client is a new challenger bank due to open for business soon in London.They are looking to recruit a Head of Risk and Compliance with at least 5 to 10 years proven track record of heading up a small UK banks Risk and Compliance team.The Client will be aiming the bank at the Caribbean community in the first instance, so any experience of working or understanding the Caribbean community and culture would be very handy for this position.The bank will commence trading with deposits and loans when they launch.Must have the following attributes:Problem solving.Analytical skills.Communication.Business understanding.Negotiation and diplomacy.Numeracy.Ability to work under pressure.Must be comfortable working for a small UK based bank in advising the bank and being the first line of defence to safeguard the bank and its strategy.You will be fully conversant with the rules and regulations from the FCA.This is an exciting new position at this new challenger bank.The location is the City of London.Salary will be circa £110K - £150K.Please do send your CV to us in Word format.
