Opportunity for an experienced Pre Construction Manager to work for an award winning design & build contractor based in the South West London area, dedicated to delivering exceptional projects.
About the role of Pre-Construction Manager
Lead the Pre-Construction efforts, driving project success from inception to handover & collaborating with clients. You will be working on projects valued between £250,000 and £20 million across various sectors, including Education, Health & Medical, Landlord & Developers, Legal & Insurance, and more.

Requirements for Pre-Construction Manager- Experience as a Pre-Construction Manager
- Design & Build experience
- Technical background (desired but not essential)
- Within travelling distance to South / South West London
- Office based 5 days a week
