Bath - Midday Supervisor

Position: Midday SupervisorLocation: Various Primary Schools in the Yeovil Area
Contract Type: Part-Time, Temporary (Short & Long Term Appointments Available)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Flexible, part-time hours from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (school lunchtime)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children during the lunch break, both indoors and outdoors.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.
- Support children with eating and promote positive behavior.
- Monitor and engage children in outdoor play, ensuring that the area is safe.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting positive social interactions.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with children (in any capacity) is highly desirable.
- A calm and approachable demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Good communication skills, able to liaise effectively with children, staff, and parents.
- Able to work flexibly in a variety of school environments.
- Flexible, part-time hours that fit around your schedule.
- Gain experience working in a variety of primary school settings.
