Job Description

The In-House Real Estate Locum will be:

• Managing, drafting, and negotiating lease extensions around telecoms, data centres, and general commercial leases.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Providing expert legal advice on real estate matters related to telecommunications.
• Stay current with industry trends and legal changes in the Technology & Telecoms sector.

The Successful Applicant

The In-House Real Estate Locum should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE.
• Experienced in telecoms lease extensions.
• Proficient in handling complex real estate transactions within the telecoms sector.

• This role offers a competitive rate of £50-60 per hour.
• 3-month contract, with an immediate start.
• Benefit from a hybrid working model, balancing two days in the office with three days working from home each week.
