Plumbing and Heating Engineer

The post holder will be based in the Maintenance Team within the Estates and Facilities department. The Estates and Facilities department oversee the operation of the significant University Estate, with over 70 buildings spread over 5 sites, including Pontypridd, Cardiff and Newport.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation and control of heating, plumbing, ventilation and cooling systems throughout the University and will work as an integral part of a direct works team of university craftspeople performing maintenance, new construction, refurbishment, restoration and works on all University campuses.
This is a full-time permanent role.
