Finance Administrator

Looking for your next finance role? Pertemps is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our client in Ivybridge, starting on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.

As the Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing and recording transactions
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with payroll processing and employee records management
  • Conducting financial analysis and offering insightful recommendations
  • Helping with tax returns and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Playing a key role in audit coordination and financial reviews
  • Taking on additional duties as required by the company

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Experience using Xero accounting software
  • Familiarity with Leap in a legal environment (a plus, but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools

  • Competitive salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
