Finance Administrator

Looking for your next finance role? Pertemps is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our client in Ivybridge, starting on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.
As the Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing and recording transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with payroll processing and employee records management
- Conducting financial analysis and offering insightful recommendations
- Helping with tax returns and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Playing a key role in audit coordination and financial reviews
- Taking on additional duties as required by the company
What we’re looking for:
- Solid understanding of financial principles and practices
- Experience using Xero accounting software
- Familiarity with Leap in a legal environment (a plus, but not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools
- Free on-site parking
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Competitive salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working options after training is completed
- Immediate start with potential to become permanent
