Position: Galactic Cleaner
Location: Llanelli and surrounding.
Schedule: Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Friday’s – 15 Hours per week.

Galactic Cleaning (www.galacticcleaning.co.uk) is based in Llanelli. We offer many Domestic and Commercial Cleaning Services in Swansea & Carmarthenshire. We also offer Housekeeping and Companionship Services. Our mission is to deliver long lasting and memorable cleaning services that are truly, ‘Out of This world’.We are looking for a vibrant individual to come aboard who has a passion for cleaning but who will also proudly deliver our branded ‘Out of This World Service’.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Galactic Cleaner to join our crew who is professional, caring, who loves to clean and who has a vibrant personality. As a Galactic Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' environments are cleaned whilst being able to adapt to different settings quickly.
Requirements: To naturally provide excellent customer service.
To clean efficiently and effectively. Be able to work with diverse clientele and as part of a small team.
Have strong punctuality & hygiene standards.
Be competent at problem solving and have strong communication skills.
Adhere to cleaning schedules and have the flexibility for overtime.
Be willing to educate customers about Galactic ‘Bolt On’ offers and other services available to them.
Essential: Proven customer service.
Proven cleaning desire/skill/experience. Clean DBS
Be able to commit to set days and hours
****Use of own car and Full Driving Licence is Critical for this role.
Desirable but not essential: Ability to speak Welsh.
Background in Care/NHS/Support Work - (personal or career based) Background in Cleaning.
Flexibility for Overtime.
Desire to take on more hours and responsibilities and progress as the business grows.
Have the skill to offer all services or be willing to learn.
Willingness to provide Galactic Moon Services for part or all of the day
Benefits: Starting hourly rate of £13+ per hour (depending on service provided) – Leading to £14+ per hour after 3–6-month trial.
