Job Description- Coordinate and manage customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service issues for management review.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator should have:
- Proven experience in a customer service role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
