An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced Band 4 Medical Secretaries to join the Medicine Divisional Secretarial Team at East Surrey Hospital. The purpose of the role is to deliver a comprehensive and effective secretarial and administrative service to our patients, teams of consultants and clinical nurse specialists.
The successful candidates will need to be highly motivated and able to work in a very pressurised environment. The successful candidates must be able to prioritise their own workload effectively and efficiently and possess excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.Team working is essential for cover arrangements between the secretarial teams within departments alongside cover arrangements across the various clinical services within the medicine division as and when required.
