I am recruiting a qualified Financial Accountant to join a well-known Food & Beverage chain. This company is experiencing rapid growth and expansion both locally and globally, and it is an exciting opportunity to be a part of this success story.The client is looking for an experienced financial accountant with strong analytical skills. This role will suit someone who enjoys a social office environment.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing the statutory accounts
- Preparing the quarterly Investor Report
- Regular updating of the company's forecast model
- General ledger account management
- Cash flow monitoring
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be an ACA qualified accountant from a Top 10 accountancy practice. This role would suit someone who is practice trained with industry experience, ideally within retail/FMCG/food & bev/leisure. Previous supervision or management experience beneficial, but not essential.
