About the Support Worker role:

Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Location: Chester
Shifts Available: full and part time night shift available

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Chester. We are we are looking for outgoing people who want to make a difference to the people we support. This role is Supporting a male with autism and learning disability who is non-communicatee, he enjoys going out in his van and exploring the local area and also enjoys spending time at home with his cuddly toys and on his trampoline.

He requires support with all aspects of daily living which includes personal care and nutrition.

Applicant requirements: Looking for outgoing people who want to make a difference to the people we support

Knowledge in positive behaviour support, LD, autism and behaviours that challenge would be an advantage, but all training will be given
The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
To be willing to embrace the goals he wants to achieve
Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package

The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
