IT Support Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of IT systems and infrastructure
• Acting as the escalation point for IT-related issues
• Providing technical support to internal teams and end-users
• Assessing, prioritizing, and resolving IT support requests efficiently
• Maintaining and updating system documentation
• Identifying opportunities for infrastructure improvements and making recommendations

What Experience We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role
• Windows Server support
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Active Directory
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Supporting applications and IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
• Any experience with Microsoft Azure support is highly desirable
