An opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to head a small team for an established law firm in Warrington. You will look after 2 fee earners and 2 support staff in this role. The firm do not believe in large caseloads and they are instructed on all of their work form local estate agents and referrals.

There is great scope for long-term, genuine progression in this opportunity. You do not need a following but relationships established around Warrington would be a benefit.

Requirements:

Managing a team and providing advise to your overall conveyancing team.

Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files including freehold, leasehold and purchases, property transactions, sales and remortgages.

Full understanding of residential conveyancing process.
