Job Description- Develop and implement strategic plans for the manufacturing quality control and business development departments.
- Lead a team to ensure operational excellence in all manufacturing processes.
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Facilitate business growth through effective business development strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Develop and manage budget plans for respective departments.
- Report on department performance to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful VP Product Manufacturing, Quality and Business Development should have:
- An educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing large teams.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes in industrial/manufacturing settings.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in budget management and performance reporting.
