This role is office based Monday to Friday.
Responsible for coordinating the work of the engineers. Ensuring the Engineering department runs effectively and efficiently adhering to Company policies and procedures.In addition to report generation, you play a crucial role in representing our department in customer meetings. You take ownership of actions and outcomes, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction enhance our reputation and strengthen our relationships with key stakeholders.
Furthermore, you serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve company objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with both internal and external partners facilitates the seamless execution of projects and initiatives.The duties of this role include:
Serving as the main point of contact for visitors and deliveries, ensuring the highest level of customer service is always maintained
Scheduling engineer appointments for service calls and installation and monitoring through to completion of jobs and reports
