A fantastic new opportunity has become available for Technology Engineer / IT Support Engineer/ infrastructure Engineer (Azure, IOS, Windows) with one of our Digital Services Client.
Role: Technology Engineer / IT Support Engineer/ infrastructure Engineer (Azure, IOS, Windows)Location: London (1 Days week Onsite)
Duration: Perm
Salary: Circa £70k - £74k/ Annum
Experience and Skills required:
- Expert in Azure Cloud Services, AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform
- Excellent customer service skills and Training and support capabilities
- Cisco Meraki Hardware and cloud administration
- Networking experience (Proxy, LAN, WIFI, 802.1x, EAP)
- Experience of Agile working and ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Cisco Meraki Hardware and cloud administration

- Experience with Windows 10 and Apple MacOS
- Good understanding of Mac and Windows hardware
- Knowledge of IOS, iPad and iPhones
- Google Gsuite (Workplace)
- Experience using Slack
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) - EC2 and S3 understanding and config
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Azure AD
- VDI Desktop support (Windows)
- Creative mind-set, working towards continuous improvement
- Good understanding on MFA and experience with Microsoft, Google or Duo
- Good understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS
- Zscaler and Cato VPN and Internet Security understanding and Configuration
Responsibility:
- Working as part of the Technology Team, to be responsible for day-to-day support for Technology services.
- Responding to requests for help from end users and other members of our team.
- Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software.
- Setting up user accounts and profiles.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of members.
- Installing updates to software applications and systems.
- Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Diagnosing and fixing network problems, hardware or software faults.
- Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
- Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
- Providing user training and developing support guides.
- Continuous development and improvement for all process, technologies and solutions.
- Work on tactical and strategic projects.
- Occasionally flexible with working hours to ensure users have the support required and for the delivery of strategic projects.
