Mortgage Advisor - Newcastle NE15 - Full or Part Time

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced, Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a very well established partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in Newcastle NE15.

The business are a long established Mortgage Advisory business that is run by a single selling advisor (a very busy and successful one).

The advisor has decided to replace himself with a new advisor (potentially 2 advisors if 1 advisor was part time). The business owner has decided to focus his time on the wealth and pension side of the business.

The advisor/s coming in would have all leads provided and would be a mixture of new customers and the large established existing customer base with many remos coming through monthly.

We are looking for an experienced broker to work on a full or part time basis

Base of £30,000 FTE with an OTE of £60,000 +

The role is part home based and part office based - hybrid, The firm would even consider fully remote but would prefer that the candidate lives in the North East.

Whilst in the office you'll benefit from free car parking.

There is a mortgage administrator within the business that would be available to the new advisor/s
