The Role & Duties
Workshop activities include: Cable cutting and stripping, soldering, wire welding and welding of miniature components with a jewellers welder.
Assembling and curing of small componentsRepeatable good quality work
Functional and insulation testing
Visual checking and packing
The ability to work in a small team and to work independently with minimum supervision is important.
The Experience
Due to the intricate nature of the work involved, previous experience in this field would be beneficial but not essential.
The SalaryFull time position or 2x part time positions
£11.85 - 12.00 per hour
The Contract- 5 hours per week (full time)
- 30am to 5pm Monday – Thursday
- 30am to 1pm Friday
Would accept 2x part timers (a.m. and p.m.) Monday to Thursday
